Booking conditions for campsite Duinhorst’s bookable pitches and rental objects
- No booking costs are charged for reservations.
- Payment is due upon arrival. A deposit may be requested in some cases.
- Your booking will be definitive once you have received a confirmation from campsite Duinhorst by email, post or telephone.
- The cancellation conditions can be found under the general terms and conditions on the Homepage.
- The full amount will be payable if you do not cancel, plus administration costs will be passed on too (€ 17.50).
- The campsite can assess whether it can deviate from the cancellation policy in case of a timely cancellation in special circumstances.
- You have the option of taking out a cancellation insurance elsewhere.
- Bad weather or bad weather forecasts are never a valid reason for a cancellation.
- Caravan and camper pitches are only rented to people over 25 years of age.
- The Hikers Huts and Sparretjes are only rented out to people over 25 years of age.
- Tent Comfort pitches are only rented out to people over 25 years of age.
- Tent pitches are only rented out to people over 21 years of age.
- Cycling campers and backpack campers are welcome from 17 years of age.
- Pets are not allowed on our campsite.
- Groups, companies and parties are not permitted.
