What is a trekkershut? A trekkershut is an accommodation for holidaymakers who like to spend a night at a campsite without the hassle of hauling excess baggage. A trekkershut is equipped with the basics for lodging, cooking and sleeping.

Trekkershuts are not leased out to young single travellers.

A trekkershut saves you the time and hassle that usually go into packing and unpacking camping gear. 'Other' types of holidaymakers are welcome to lease a trekkershut as well.

5-person Trekkershut Plus: this new trekkershut can be leased for the third season at Camping Duinhorst. Trekkershut Plus has a number of enhanced options that set it apart from the standard trekkershut. More space, privacy (separate bedroom and living room) and a better kitchen set are just some of the new features and improvements.

Your trekkershut is available for use from 2 pm on your arrival day and must be vacated clean and tidy by 11 am on your departure day. Camping Duinhorst has two trekkershuts.
