Booking conditions

Booking conditions for bookable pitches and lease objects at Camping Duinhorst.

• No booking fees
• Payment upon arrival or by bank upon receipt of invoice/confirmation.
• Confirmation by email, snail mail or verbal confirmation by Camping Duinhorst is final.
• No-shows or late cancellations will be charged the full price.
• Cancellations with valid reasons (to be decided at our discretion) will be charged in agreement.
• A cancellation insurance policy can be taken out with a third party insurer.
• Cancellations without notice will be charged admin costs (€ 17.50).

The following details are required for booking:

• Initials
• Surname
• Full address
• Telephone number
• Date of birth
• Arrival and departure date
• Pitch type (caravan, camper, Horstje or Trekkershut)

Poor weather or poor weather forecast is not a valid reason for cancellation.
